The intro class is intended for those with no previous CrossFit experience and is an important step to your journey at CrossFit 617. Each class is roughly an hour long and designed to give you a solid understanding of our class structure while allowing our coaches a chance to get to know you and your fitness goals.  We know coming to a new place can be intimidating at times, which is why our Intro Class is the best place to start. Intro Classes fluctuate month to month. Check out the list below for upcoming March intro classes:

Thursday, May 7th - 5:30pm to 6:30pm

Monday, May 11th - 5:30pm to 6:30pm

Monday, May 21st - 10:00am to 11:00am

Clicking the free membership link below will bring you to our "Intro Class" membership. Once you sign up, you will sign waivers and have access to the Intro Schedule on our ZenPlanner schedule where you'll reserve your spot to work with Coach Nicole and other fellow new-comers.

Note sure if intro is for you? If you have 4+ months experience of CrossFit, check out our Class Schedule and select a "Drop In". If you have CrossFit experience but maybe has been a while, check out the intro class.
