  • Membership must be paid in advance of service on the 1st day of each month or per signup date.
  • New memberships are initiated on the date of signup. Monthly membership starts on the signup date and will renew on the same day of the proceeding month unless otherwise arranged.
  • Dues are paid by monthly automatic electronic payment (credit card, debit card, or automatic checking account draft).
  • Memberships are automatically renewed with the same terms at the end of the membership period.
  • Memberships fifteen (15) days past due will be cancelled.
  • Listed prices include State and Local sales taxes which are collected on all memberships.
  • Written notice of ten (10) days prior to billing date must be given to assure cancellation of automatic payments for all memberships types.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
  • We reserve the right to cancel anyone’s membership at any time for any reason. We will refund you the remainder of any paid time period.
  • Month-to-month membership plans can be canceled; however, we must receive written notification with ten (10) days prior to your credit card processing date (normally the 1st of each month). It is your responsibility to give us written notice 10 days in advance. There will be no refund once a payment has been charged to your credit card.
  • We do not give refunds if you do not use your membership, nor can you pause or carry over a membership to the next month if you missed a class. There are no exceptions.
  • All class pack purchases are non-refundable. No exceptions.
  • CrossFit 617 is not an “open gym” format. It operates by class or appointment-only training, unless otherwise noted. CrossFit 617 may alter its location, operating hours, services, type and quantity of equipment, and type and frequency of its classes, from time to time, at its sole discretion. Fitness training is an evolving science, thus CrossFit 617 reserves the right to change its routines, classes and equipment to accommodate such evolution.
  • Gym attire is required during workouts. No open toed shoes or sandals are allowed in the training area during class times.
  • CrossFit 617 assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen articles. Lost and found articles not claimed will be donated to charity.
  • No smoking is allowed in any part of the facility. Food or drink may be taken into workout areas if it is in a non-breakable, enclosed container.
  • Members must be 16 years of age or older.
  • CrossFit 617 is committed to the health, safety, welfare of each of its members and staff and will not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behavior. CrossFit 617 has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. This right includes, but is not limited to, termination of membership of any member engaging in unacceptable behavior.
  • Members shall pay for any damages to CrossFit 617 property which results from the willful or negligent conduct of member, member’s guest or dependent children. Members are responsible for the conduct and damages of their guest.
  • CrossFit 617 may close its Facility, in its sole and absolute discretion, for any reason including, but not limited to, for seminars, certifications, maintenance, selected holidays and other hours based on government requirements. CrossFit 617 may delete, change, discontinue, repair, or replace any part or all of the Facility without any effect on this Agreement. If the Facility is unavailable for more than 7 days for any reason, except acts of nature, CrossFit 617 may extend your membership, without dues, for the same period the Facility was unavailable.
